We Heard in the Lessons We Need to do More to Be one
We heard in the lesson we need to do more to be one We know we are all, our father's son But the efforts we give, we must be clear In holding each other's hearts so dear Never loosing the sight of the goal Reminding each other what is needed to be whole Our unity is what we need Screw that ego let it bleed There has to be more I can do To connect our hearts through and through Lost in this world of hatred and greed Not able, for my family, to feed What's wrong with us so close we are Locked in a jail without the bars Denied our attainment because of the klipa As I look in the mirror seeing an egoistic slob Wake up wake up take control Don't wait till all you can do is fold Be active in all that we can do For the sake of our connection between me and you Life won't get easier this is a fact But the journey to spiritual goal must stay intact We do this by finding gratitude for the Lord By giving thanks to the creator...
