World Filled with Sorrow and Pain

We are born to a world filled with sorrow and pain

Never revealing how we are so vain

Never seeing how others pain feeds my worth

This is what we are taught from birth

Man's nature is clear and concise

We have one of two forces controlling our life

They are like the wolves that we feed

One is full of nothing but greed

One is love and all it includes

How we feed it the sages conclude

That it's done by rising above

Not looking at the hate, only the love

A love that is born from a desire

Designed to ignite your heart to a raging fire

Bringing joy and balance to Nature's plan

As unitedly we raise MAN

I have been asked to tell you a story of my life

It's filled with horror and fear and strife

I am not sure it's the story to you I wish to send

But it is what it is so let's begin

The earliest I remember is when I was three

As my mother shook the hell out of me

You see she suffered from this mental disease

Called Paranoid Schizophrenia man this was tough on many degrees

As she dug her fingers into my arm breaking the skin

And yelled with anger from deep within

You’re not my child get out of my life

Which set me up for a life of strife?

As a fat and clumsy little boy

I found it hard by now to find any joy

So we fast forward to the age of 9

Man this again was a troubling time

As my teachers all stand up in despair

At the time proclaiming that there was no repair

They said that I was dyslexic at best

As they threw me into a class with the rest

Of the ones that learn slowly with no ease

And then the kids really started to tease

Even those that called me there friend

Man to this there was no end

So here is where I just tried to hide

And found the value of pot and getting fried

As we move along till I was 14 and slim

No more little fat boy now I was thin

I came into my own and found football and weights

It was like someone had opened the gate

Now I found I could hit with force

And life set me on its course

Of never having to take their shit

As I fought with those who on my face use to spit

I did not win them all but what I found

Was that I did not have to take lying down

So as I went on and my course was set

I blew out my knee man I was upset

I was headed for the pros that was clear

But instead of that learning to walk took a year

We could not afford to have it fixed

So all my plans truly got nixed

Now we move on till the age of 19

As by now I had been racing motocross what a scream

This is where I meet my first wife

And with her we shared a life of strife

You see she was molested by her step dad

But this bit of information I never had

So we married & I joined the Air Force

Where I thought I would spend my life of course

So one day I came home as about something she and I disagreed

So she went home to her mother and that was all there would be

She remarried to a man who use to beat her all the time

And I would look for a reason to clock his chime

I went out of my way to beat him to a pulp

As you see my life was then sculpted

As I entered my early 20's and more

I married again and this one I adored

She became the mother of my boys

Who defiantly fill me with joy?

As time went on and my intuition grew

There was something about her that I just knew

That she was sleeping all around

With the police and doctors around our town

Then I caught her one fate filled night

As I packed up my boys and took out in flight

Now the story truly does not end here

As 13 more relationships all filled with fear

All but two were caught sleeping around

As myself worth was trampled in the ground

Not to mention my heart

But still within me with hope I would not part

I truly only wish to find

A true friend for the end of time

And then on one fate filled day

As in my work in a troublesome way

A fight broke out & oh yea I was in the middle

Hating what I became and feeling my life was away being whittled

I reached inside with all my might

After being involved with this fight

And asked to take the damn ego away

Right now this moment this second today

So as I went back inside and got online

While searching inside for some kind of sign

Well from here you know where it went

I found the Rav, the books, and the group, as now all my time is spent

Working on the connection to you all

Holding you up so you won’t fall

Never giving up or giving in

Because I know with you is where we begin

I feel right now that I have finally found

The friends of friends what a beautiful sound

As we all strive for one single goal

As we put together the pieces of our soul

Through our connection as we become whole

The vessel to our soul, Amen

Each with their own uniqueness and quality

Serious to the core, NO frivolity

Each quality needed to make our soul

Needing evermore to become whole

Each one a different filter of sorts

Uniquely standing together as they exhort

The wisdom of connection to all who will hear

Uniting hearts together, man it's so clear

As we unitedly pray

For the light to give us the strength to stay

Giving us the strength to raise above the Ego’s toils

For it’s on this path of love and truth we are embroiled

So we can have the strength to reveal the love

That between us comes from above

Bringing us to the real facts of the matter

As we unitedly step on that ladder

Striving to be one with Nature

Revealing between us the forces of the creator

Summers Breeze

The days pass by like a warm summer breeze

Time is irrelevant unless you sneeze

People, places and things don’t remain

In and out like a fast moving train

Only the connections from heart to heart

Can give us a chance to put the horses before the cart

Only through this connection can we sense or feel

A reality that is so concealed

Like not seeing the forest for the trees

First look will knock you to your knees

Then you’ll truly start to see

What can be

Between you and me

Unconditional Love

Seeing The Darkness

Seeing the darkness preparing for the rise

Ignoring all of the EGO’s spies

Playing the game for all its worth

Preparing the Vessel to give birth

Seeing Nature's hand behind the good and bad

Giving up on the EGO’s drag

Sacrificing all I am

Praying the vessel will raise man

Bringing joy to the Giver who resides within

The 3 H's: A Guide to Winning Man's War with Nature

Man’s programming is the Will To Receive, a need for self-gratification. All this means is that we are ruled by a constant desire for pleasure. It is instilled in us from the time we are born into this body, which is one of many that the soul uses. Like changing shirts, man's soul changes bodies. When the body dies, the soul returns back to the source. Man is born to return to the source before the body dies.

This isn’t too clear in daily life. Partly because life in today's society is not easy. We work longer hours for less money. We have less time to enjoy what we accumulate, and a big part of the problem is that everyone accumulates mostly only for themselves. Americans are great packrats, not all but most, and even those that don't packrat, actually do. We consume until it all but consumes us.

Man in general is so obsessed with acquisition in one form or another. It is more than evident in the poor and homeless, but harder to see it in everything from financial markets toyed around with by millionaire bankers, or in the price of groceries and anything else you could ever want. Man's basic built-in system is corrupted from the get go.

Not an easy job at all, but a more than needed job as civilization once again faces the age old battle of good vs evil.

The good we reference here is the connection and the revelation of unconditional love, which is what the source is. Some call it Nature, some call it The Creator, or Universal Consciousness. Many names for one source. The qualities of this source are threefold. There are three major rules to abide by so you can be one with Nature.

The first quality is Annulment, humbling one’s self.  Easy word, scary to most, and hated by the rest. What does it mean? How does one utilize it? What do I get for emulating it?

The act of Annulling, this is complete submission to something, whether it's a person, place, or thing.  Our nature will not allow us to annul anything unless we see a payoff of some kind. Now that payoff can come by way of say a pleasure, or acquisition, which is an extension of pleasure.  Without reward, we can’t even annul a belief or an emotion, since things along these lines are also regulated by desire. And the desire always wants a reward of some kind.

So to replace an unwanted belief or emotion we have to have something else we can wrap our heads around.  If one wants to replace a habit, it is known that you have to have something else to replace it with.  Let’s replace it with the infinite beauty of Nature, a feeling of oneness and connection with the universe. This is a must. No reward, no action.  

When you are speaking to a friend or family member, try to annul before what they are saying for the sake of nature, to restore balance in your life and in the world. This is the source of real limitless pleasure. Even so, you will see just how impossible it is on your own to do. But trying helps a lot. This means that while your friend or family member is talking, instead of formulating a response, listen to them and quit the constant thinking and calculating of your mind, so you can truly hear and feel what someone else is saying. If you try to do this with all your heart annulment starts to take place and you can open up a space for love.

After annulment in our threefold plan comes inclusion. The act of including, an easy enough concept and we do a tiny bit of inclusion in our daily life. We have to. But here we go back to that talk with the family member or friend. After hearing them with our heart and ears, we try to feel as if what they are saying is our words, coming from our heart.  

You hear it with anticipation and adjust your thoughts to theirs. This again is hard to do on your own. You must, but you are not able.  But when you find a group of like-minded souls that all feel the same desire, when you annul and include yourself in that group, you find great strength to include your heart with the perception of others easy enough without even thinking about it. It just happens on its own.

And the third quality is enlivenment, you know to give life and energy to others. Easy enough to give life, action or spirit to other people. The one easy place to see or to use enlivenment is when you see a friend down in the dumps. Maybe work is too hard, maybe the wife and kids are difficult. Many reasons will put someone down for the count, but you see it constantly. You need to take action. You help yourself as much as much as your friend when you enliven his or her spirits.  Buy him or her a beer, or a soda, or whatever small thing you know they like and tell jokes. Do whatever it takes to bring a smile to his or her heart, anything to bring up their mood, even if you don’t feel like it.  Even if the person seems annoyingly happy, enliven them. Every person out there always has a place where one can enliven their hearts to a happier, higher state.  

We just stay so wrapped up in our own shit we don't see others suffering.The fact is everyone around you suffers, even that jovial fellow or gal that never seems to fall off his track. Trust me, they too suffer, just in different ways than others. But if we are too caught up in our own life, we miss Nature’s opportunities laid out right before us to find and share a force of love and giving and joy, unlike anything you have ever faced or experienced, ever in all of your many lives lived.

Now I call these the 3 H’s because in Hebrew they are respectively, Hitbatlut  (Annulment), Hitkalilute (Inclusion) and Hitpalilute ( Enlivenment), so to me they are the 3 H’s and if we all can be examples of the 3 H’s at every given moment then the changes in our life and the lives of all of those around us will change. This works especially well in that environment of like minded people, people all with the same desire to be connected to each other and to Nature.

Now the Evil is when one receives for the sake of selfish pleasures, with no regard to people, places or things.  Meaning that we use it all to get what we want and do not care about who or what gets hurt in the process. Sometimes the evil manifests in ways you hardly notice.We use each other for our livelihood,and do not care what it costs the other person, as long as we receive pleasure. This Will To Receive,is in fact the EGO.

The irony is we have written about it all throughout history. Nations rise and fall, in the time it takes to change shirts. We have seen it, lived it and told about it, and still our EGO hides it from us in plain sight. We don’t know to what level we are controlled by this Ego that guides, directs and inspires us to do what it is we do even if it harms others.

But becoming like Nature herself requires our ego. It first means we have to know what we are and to what depths our packrat mentality resides within us.

We can form a better alternative. This we can only do together as a group of like minded individuals, each with their own unique part.

You may be wondering why I’m reading the words of this Texan. Who or what brought me here? The simple answer is Nature did, because as I said earlier, we are meant to return to Nature from this conscious state of existence, if you can call it that.

I think you’ll find when you start digging that our ideas of life and truth is nothing more than a dream. Once you become one with Nature by understanding Her, you will see just how asleep at the wheel you truly are. This lost place is how you find true freedom, beauty and paradise. You can calibrate yourself to the perfection of nature, which to me sounds a lot better than following the lead of a broken culture of untalented egos, fake news and useless products.

Friends

People in life will come and go

But Friends that come into your heart will show

The Love between us that with effort will glow

Through all the ups and downs

A Friend will enliven your heart, creating a smile from a frown

Pulling you from the water so you won’t drown

Life without The love of Friends

Is not worth living so don’t pretend

For the message, we wish to send

Is about love and unity as one man one heart

We can’t attain that while we're apart

So let’s find the place that gives us the best start

A place with like-minded hearts and thoughts

Where the goal is set and doesn’t have to be bought

Where through the correct intention only the Ego is fought

Covering it so not to be seen

We gather our prayers for all that has been

As we awaken from this state as it’s a dream

Bringing joy to Nature as only we can

As she awaits us to unite in our stand

Revealed and Concealed

Wake in the morning still feeling dead

Off to the lesson nothing in my head

Sit with the brothers all filled with desire

Speak with the ten which ignites that fire

Fire burnnin in my heart

Hits my hearty like a razor dart

Breaking through the stone cover

Revealing the long lost lovers

Oh i feel alright now 

Was woke up and how

Lesson starts as the heart opens more

Then I’m covered looking for the door

Which way to escape

Chained to my chair for my brothers sake

Want to run and hide

Rising above it to stay on this hell ride

Workshop starts and i no longer feel the egos urg

As if for this moment it has been purged 

Round 1 round 2 and more 

No longer feeling separated as we soar

Soaring into Arvut as one

Loving the brothers like father to son

As we turn night into day 

Now that fire is a flame 

Standing on the edge of shame 

Boogieing to that kabbalah shuffle
