They say that the love of friends must be shown

Yet our ego rejects this display to be known

So how do the threads between us get sown?

By rising above that nature for which we were born

And not giving weight to the feelings of forlorn

No matter how much we feel we are torn

We march to a beat that in these times are not heard

 And only by continuing to spread the word

This place with no time

We are brought to a place where there is no more time

What will it take to recognize this sign?

We are forced to do our work and stay fast to the course

This forces us to see if we are the rider or the horse

We only have one task to complete

But all we seem to do is try to compete

When are we going to just give in and do our part

Festive Meals

When we are at our lessons during the day

As we put all life's troubles at bay

That is the time when we are connected to the source

As we plea, demand and ask for changes from this force

The exception to the rule is during a festive meal

When the connection we build is ours and real

When we the little ones existing at this level do build

A vessel with out any connection ourself to those that are  skilled

You see a festive meal where we form something common

Is a connection between between us which is uncommon

Each of us connects to the others

Those that we call our brothers

As our desires are to unite for a higher degree

It all sounds easy as 1,2,3

But as we join for this task

No words are needed for they only mask

Our true intention and goal

As we seek to become whole
