We go through life trying to fill A desire not know, or even if it’s real Only seeking pleasures of all kinds Breaking all within us that binds And then one day while eating our soup Through the lessons we are sent to a group Where the love and connection is so strong That every day one truly longs To be one with all involved While life’s troubles mount unsolved Taking one further from the goal With no thoughts of becoming whole Then a friend speaks up and invites you back in To the group so you can begin To connect with all and raise Mann And shorten the time of correction in this life span ARVUT

I t seems there are cycles to everyone’s life Sometimes happy sometimes filled with strife Always pushing or pulling within Once to heavenliness then to sin With each push and pull Bringing one further, closer to full So here you stand as this beloved creature Studying every night as you follow the teacher Listening with heart to the words of sages Following with your eyes fixed neatly on the pages As your heart starts to open and images come to mind Showing one just what it takes to their friends to be kind Joining with the millions that follow every night Each one clinging to the other ever so tight Keeping the intention and goal truly in sight Leaving only fear of failing, oh what a fright Then comes something like unity day To remind us all in every single way Just what it means to truly love a friend As we all join hearts in that place that never ends ARVUT
