Psalms In The Heart

These are perilous times we are in Let the journey begin As we come together in the end With all the troubles at our door As we begin to pray, from being knocked to the floor Our bodies are suffering and sore Coming together with others feeling this pain Helps us connect and gain Answers to the troubles with no strain Now to teach it to the others As we begin to see them as sisters and brothers Even though its against our druthers This war we wage deep within Between love and hate has its own spin Different from what has been Due to the connections with others that were always there But we did not dare To share The love in our hearts without pay Now on this day It’s easy to say I love you with nothing back my way

The sky used to be full of these beautiful clouds The EGO covers you with hate filled shrouds Love use to be a many spended thing The EGO only loves what to it you can bring Why, when we walk, things are hidden before our eyes The EGO when rilled releases its spies Where will we find our way back to love The EGO knows it can only come from above So when we face our EGO face to face Let the love above the EGO fill our hearts with grace Let the the joy from doing our work ring through As we discover, unconditional love, between me and you

What is the value of a world that is broken Or the meaning of a word not spoken Where is the courage to override the fear Why are my cheeks always filled with tears What is the meaning of this life Surrounded in such turmoil and strife When no answers can be given to heal the pain As survival mode kicks in and we try to regain Whatever foothold we thought we had And life without connection, is very sad But when we open our hearts and eyes to see That this creator is inside of me Guiding me through every step to take Correcting our hearts, so again they won’t break Building this vessel, so to receive his love Can only be completed by, Him from above

The friends heart is a sacred place Filled with both Love and Hate With no warning as to what is revealed Until its let out then we wish it was concealed Working together with the friend Opens the love hidden within As we fall into descents of immeasurable forces We open the books and feel the sources Bringing the descent to an ascent With all our work, there can be no contempt Only seeking to reveal The Creator between us that is concealed Indeed he is there waiting with open arms It's only the Will To Receive that fears the harm But there is no harm coming our way Only a new perception turning night into day So wake up my brothers and come out to play

As we enter into a new ten today We sit and wonder just how to play Filled with emotions from the heart Wanting to love the brothers from the start Not wanting to see them this way or that Only wanting to sing a scat Feeling the need to go to work Not wanting to be a real jerk Only wanting to play this game That emulates Nature it's not the same Impossible to do from where we sit Sometimes being thrown into the pit Clinging to the ten is like a ladder revealed It’s been there all along only concealed But the work we do in the Assyriya this day Is to, from the heart, sit and pray Pray for the deficiency we need Using the restriction and arvut as our feed Leading us to the connection in the ten Bringing us back home once again

These pains I feel Are they real Or are they make believe How will I know Which way to go If this situation I can’t conceive It hurts so bad Leaving me sad Our connection I can’t perceive What will it take For us to make Nature truly pleased How to rise above Seeking only the Love It’s as if we’ve been deceived But the Sages do say It’s the only way For the connection between us to be weaved

The lessons learned Until it burns The soul is not complete We spend our life Filled with strife Because we continue to compete The life we live To receive and not give Leaves our life incomplete But joining as one With love like father to son Builds something that is concrete

I write these words of Love, Sorrow, pain and joy Reconnecting that part of my heart that is that little boy That had his heart broken and twisted all around But it can be healed, if you look under every rock and all around These words I write follow me through my journeys in life As together we walk through the perils and strife As we unite and feel the joys of love Brought to us from seemingly above As we walk through this strife filled perception Together we discover its meaning and purpose As we together dive under the surface Of what we think we perceive Together we see just how the EGO deceives And where the true cure lies By closing off the EGO’s spies As we delve deep with in To discover there really is none else but him

Customs and Traditions, Filled with Contradictions Feeding only the Egoistic side Taking you for one hell of a ride Twisting and turning you upside down Until all you can do is sigh and frown Never revealing what’s deep within Concealing all the places one can begin To find the true meaning of life Above all the heartfelt strife Leaving you wanting, no, demanding more But the strife is so big you just hit the floor But when a door is closed a window opens Inside your heart, if you have so chosen To reveal the connections to the ones passed away The’re in your heart waiting to come out and play Needing only for you to remember When you love someone it is forever Forget these customs and traditions designed to make you cry And remember them in your heart, where likes eagles they fly Remember the love and hate you had to this day Lower your head and pray That through it all you can see within That there truly is none else beside him

 Greatness of the Creator How are we to know What it is the Sages show How do we know what to reveal  When everything before us is concealed What is this Creator you say exists  Why is it my ego resists Why is my heart broken in two How can I see the truth you view What does it mean to connect How, through it all do we dissect  When all our views are so far apart  How to mend this broken heart Annul, Include and enliven are the keys  With patience persistence and passion its all we need  On my own i have no strength to to achieve Its only with you that I can conceive  Its your essence and your grace  That through my heart illuminates my face  The love you show at every given moment  Is an integral component  Bringing us all something greater  Bringing us all the greatness of the Creator

Through this journey called Life Experiencing both Joys and Strife Focusing on the now Wondering how To make sense of this mess Which is part of Natures plan more or less Sufferings come that aren't mine So I start waisting my time Working with them while searching for Truth Been searching for it since my youth Struggling with the lessons that hit so strong Only to discover my perseption is wrong

The Truth is before our eyes The EGO hides it with its lies The heart feels what the truth is about Which causes the mouth to scream and shout But the heart also feels the anger and lies And all of what the EGO supplies Our path if we choose this plan To connect together as one man Uniting our hearts and souls So to each other we can Bestow Never before in Mans existence Has he had the patience or persistence Or the Passion to complete this goal As we, through the 3 H’s, bring the world to being whole

We struggle inside every day To get a glimpse of the Spiritual way To reveal exactly what we are Discovering what is, near or far As we struggle to focus our sights That will allow us to funnel the light To bring us the correct desire and connection As the Arvut the light brings is only a reflection Wanting only to the others to bestow Instead the creator puts on a show Again to show us what needs change As we funnel the light, things rearrange Bringing us closer to our united goal Of one man with one heart and Soul Everything lies in our hands And together we must make a stand With Pesach here, and the congress to come There’s a place here for everyone Just open your hearts and demand Unitedly as one man And that which we seak for our brothers Comes right to us, from G-D and no other All to balance the forces within Giving us the best place to begin Learning just how to bestow For this is how Nature Flows In Unconditional Love
