So we are told

 So we are told that we have to reflect

On what it is and how to connect

What does it mean to go in side?

Seems all I want to do is hide?

Hide behind my ego of this life

Which cuts everyone down and adds strife

How do we all rise above the only thing we have ever know

How do we all get past our raging egos?

We come together in gatherings called congress

This gives us true access

To the sparks of unity that we read about

As we dance and sing and shout

But don’t think for a moment that now that its over it ends

For now is the time for a message to send

That all is not lost as we return back home

If we go with in to apply what at congress we were shown

So remember the message to truly send

Is that all the congresses just simply never end
