We are brought to a place where there is no more time

What will it take to recognize this sign?

We are forced to do our work and stay fast to the course

This forces us to see if we are the rider or the horse

We only have one task to complete

But all we seem to do is try to compete

When are we going to just give in and do our part

When are going to just recognize this beautiful start

A start brought to us with unconditional love

A love we don’t see how we already are a part of

This love that we cannot feel

This love that we don’t even think is real
