Psalms In The Heart

Our brothers in Europe who have had our backs Are sitting in this place filled with lack  Needing our thoughts and hearts as a whole Needing us all to unite this soul With congress coming just around the bend What damn message do we wish to send  Is it one of despair devoid of hope Or is it our united love that for them we float Join in join in with passion and glee  And let us unite to one world kli Jump on jump on as the boat sails by Rising above our hatred allowing the love to fly Hang on hang on as the thread of love nears My we all support Europe whom to us is so dear We love you Europe L'Chaim

With resolutions flying around in the air There’s only one resolution that I dare To unite with each and all No matter what the pitfalls To excite your heart and fill it with love So you’ll fly high like the dove Attracting the light that reforms Helping you all to conform To be one with the source As we learn to unite with this force Bringing harmony and peace to the land Like only you my brothers and sisters can As I pledge to you with all my ability A true and loving Mutual Responsibility Arvut!

As the New Year dawns and awakens in our hearts We find there’s only one place to start To be living in love of friends As our intentions and desires blend To be on man with one heart and soul As we refuse to look at a life so droll As a life without love of friends Is a life that surly we must end As we rise above the hate to find that love The only thing worth being a part of So rise above the EGO’S cries Which is nothing but lies Designed to confuse us and make us stray From the path of love in every way But when we come together and unite The love and path of the guiding light Brings us back to being whole As one man with one heart and one soul HAPPY NEW YEAR Chavarim

As the tears build in my heart and flow from my eyes From listening to all the ego's lies Never knowing just where to begin  Only knowing living life as I have is a sin Receiving for self in every way With no thought of others neither night or day Brings me to the question of what's the meaning of life When it's filled with such heart wrenching strife Only to find the answers with in As my purpose of life truly begins Bringing me to the Rav, the group and the books Leaving the only choice I have to dig in and look To exert myself with all my spare time Bringing me to something that is more than sublime Seeking only our spiritual life to begin As we unitedly discover there's none else besides him

We are told about this spice of life Yet all we feel is a life of strife With troubles and the crisis looming over our heads The sensation of natures forces making us wish we were dead Causing us to look deep inside In those places from us that hide Seeking answers to the question so grand What's the purpose of life, while living in this land Then out of the blue the answers start to come  Answers that appear are not for everyone But as we learn it's for the few All the brothers and sisters just like you As we toil in our discernments like a farmer with his plow Never knowing exactly just how Only exerting every way we can Trying to fit into natures plan To live and love while the EGO bends As we unite together in Love Of Friends

Our troubles have only just begun Like the rays emanating from the sun They fill all spaces in between As forces fill the spaces not seen Forces of both physical and spiritual kind All concealed from our minds Leaving us to discern deep with in Just exactly where to begin As the questions are asked from the heart Nature gives one the best possible start Leading one to the wisdom that brings Illumination to all those concealed things So as the point in the heart enlivens within Leading you to discover there’s none else besides him Remember your brothers with love above the hate And fulfill your potential as this is your fate As to the populace there’s one message to send How wonderful it is to be in love of friends

When man’s heart is full of fire The sparks from his mouth fly out of the desire Brining man’s heart closer to the goal Helping man to build his soul A soul that starts from a point in the heart That once enlivened gives man a difficult start As man begins to discern within Bringing man to discover there’s none else besides him Opening man’s heart to sensations never known Concealed from man till his point in the heart has grown Grown to feel the friend’s desires for his spiritual quest Holding his friends very close to his vest It’s the love above the hate that we hold for our friends That brings us to this beautiful end An end filled with mutual responsibility That once it’s filled plays a beautiful symphony A symphony filled with songs from the heart How beautiful is that
